Delivery terms

Deliveries are made by courier to the specified address within ten (10) days after order confirmation.

Orders placed during the weekend are processed on the first working day.

Payment shall be made electronically with

  1. credit / debit card, 
  2. PayPal, 
  3. Bank payment or 
  4. Cash on delivery upon receipt of the shipment by courier. 

In case of electronic / bank payment the order is accepted after confirmation from our side that the customer has paid the value of the contract in full.

Delivery costs

When the amount of the order exceeds 1000 (one thousand) BGN the shipment is free.

Price for shipment of an order up to 1000 (one thousand) BGN in Sofia and in the country: 10 BGN incl. VAT.

Orders can be delivered on Saturday, with no additional charging - please note it when putting the order.

The Customer takes the responsibility to provide access and opportunity to receive the goods. In case the client is not found at the address or has specified a wrong one he will be charged additionally on the second delivery.

Right to return

The Customer is entitled under Article 55, Paragraph 1 of the Law on customer protection to return the goods received in a period of fourteen (14) business days from the date of the delivery. In this case the sums paid by the Customer will be refunded by bank transfer not later than twenty (20) working days from the date on which the Customer has used his right to refuse the goods under Article 55, para. 6 of the Law on customer protection.

Within fourteen (14) days after receipt of goods, the customer has the right to refuse return or replace the goods as following conditions are met:

  1. Good condition - the original package should not be torn and damaged, it must be the way it is received. The goods must not have been used, washed, ironed, assembled or disassembled.
  2. There is no damage caused by misuse and / or assembly and not plastered with stickers.
  3. Retain the original packaging.
  4. Transportation cost for returning the goods is paid for by the customer.
  5. When exchanging goods the transport costs are covered by the client in both directions, according to the tariff of the courier company.

In the case of returning any goods an email needs to be sent to inform us about the items being returned.

Complaints procedure

Every customer is entitled to claim under Article 119 of the CPA.

If the delivered goods are broken or the package is damaged due to improper transportation or something is missing, an insurance claim will only be considered in the presence of the courier. In this case, immediately contact us or refuse to accept the goods. When the courier had already departed the insurance claim will not be accepted. The claim shall be certified by a note in the documentation of the courier. A report regarding the condition of the consignment will be created. If you accept the shipment without inspection you may not pursue a claim against the courier.

According to the Law on customer protection and Trade Rules, the user is entitled to claim at:

  1. found deficiencies;
  2. defects of the goods;
  3. The discrepancy with the trade mark.

You have to send us an e-mail message, which tell us about the claim and / or return of the product.

The customer can not claim a refund or to reduce the price of goods where the trader has agreed to carry out exchange of Customer goods with new or repaired goods within one month of submission of the claim by the user.

Returns for non-compliance of goods with the contract model, brand or established manufacturing defect, you are entitled to write us at email: office@imontessori.bg / office@nienhuis.bg. Opinion lodged claim will get your email (email address) within ten (10) working days. The deadline to meet the reasonable claim is thirty (30) working days.

In accordance with Art. 59 (1) of the Law on customer protection in case of inability to perform the contract due to temporary lack of availability of goods, and in case of delay in shipment due to hold a new import a new batch of production you will be informed by phone call or letter, possibly will be offered alternative items (colours, patterns) with the same quality and price.

Transportation costs for returning the goods are covered by the Customer. In exchange for goods transport costs are covered by the Customer in both directions, and according to the tariff of the courier company that chooses to use.
